Search:

1.    How do I find activities and tours on Mamma Cult?

If you know what type of activity you’re looking for, you can simply enter the term into the search field at the top centre of any page. For example, if you want to visit the Colosseum or enroll your children to a Kidslab dedicated to Picasso, you can just enter the term "Colosseum" or "Picasso" in the search field.
If you’re not sure exactly what you want to do and you prefer to browse the available tours and activities in a specific destination, you can enter the name of the city or region you want to visit into the search field at the top centre of any page: in this way you can find out what activities we offer in that area.
If you’re not sure exactly where spend your holidays or, for example, you need to organize the birthday party of your child and you don’t know where to start, you can find out the proposals of Mamma Cult selecting from the home, top center, a specific category of activities between "Tour", "KidsLab", "Party" and "Outdoors": in this way you can discover what proposals we offer throughout the country for different categories of activity.

2.    How do I find activities according to children's age?

Selecting an activity, on the left appears a search engine with different filters, including the children's ages which are suitable. For any service Mamma Cult indicates the suitable age groups for the activity:
• 0-3 years
• 4-6 years
• 7-9 years
• 10-13 years
For example, if you have two children aged 4 and 9 years old, select the activities suited to ages 4-6, 7-9 years. This will make it easier to choose the most appropriate service.

3.    How do I select activities according to #FamilyFriendly parameters?

For any activity, Mamma Cult reports the distinctive #familyfriendly parameters, such as Trained Staff to interact with children, Educational material for children. In this way you can select the activities according to its #familyfriendly characteristics. For example, selecting an activity,  on the left appears a search engine and one of the filters allows you to choose the parameters you prefer in one or more categories of products "Tour", "KidsLab", "Party" and "Outdoors".

 

Reservations:

1.    Is my payments secure?

Yes. Mamma Cult uses a secure Paypal online payment system, through which your payment information is encrypted: you are secured against fraud.

2.    After I make a booking, where do I find the details of the activity?

After you make a reservation, Mamma Cult will send you a voucher and check with the Family Provider the availability of the activity for the date requested. When we receive the confirmation from the Family Provider, Mamma Cult will send you a confirmation voucher of booking and the Family Provider will contact and send you all the details of the activity booked (meeting place, time, name of the operator / guide, contacts). You will need to print or save this copy of the voucher  to your mobile device to present it  to the Family Provider at the time of carrying out the activity booked. In any case, you can contact us at any time for further information about your reservation.

3.    After I make a booking, how long do I have to  wait to receive my voucher?

It depends on the type of activities you are booking. For some services or products offered  an automatic confirmation is expected, for others instead, especially during high season, a guaranteed confirmation of a Family Provider is given within 48 hours after receiving the request.

4.    How do I change my reservation?

If you want to change your reservation, see the page for conditions of cancellation and modification.

5.    What do I need to bring with me to my activity?

You will need to bring a copy of your ticket voucher that you  received that serves as a ticket (printed or saved on a mobile device), and a valid photo ID of the customer who made the booking or is responsible for the group.
If an activity requires or recommend a precise clothing or special equipment, it will be specified in the relevant tab of the website, as well as on the booking voucher.

You can contact Mamma Cult staff entering in the section "Contacts", which you can find in every page of the site at the bottom left, and fill in the form in which you will indicate your primary requirement, your contacts and enter your message. 2.    How do I contact the affiliated structures?

In the dedicated tab to each Mamma Cult affiliated structure, you can always find the contacts and the direct link to the web site of the structure.
The dedicated tabs to affiliated structures are divided into the categories "Sleep", "Eat", and "Move" within the section "Affiliates Family Friendly", accessible from every page of the website at the bottom center.
